At Rose of Sharon Essentials, Corp., our goal is to provide our valuable customers with quality products that is best suited to their skin and preferences. Extensive information is provided on our website to help our customers decide what items to purchase from our product line. Samples are also available to provide each customer with an opportunity to try many of our products for a low cost. We realize that although these options are available, not every product is perfect for every customer or that order errors can occur.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products. In the event there is a problem with the quality of your order or if it is not correct, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem and to reach an agreement on any return, credit, or additional changes. No product will be accepted for return without prior authorization from Rose of Sharon Essentials, Corp. Refund requests must be made within seven days of receipt of the merchandise. Please send all emails related to requested returns, damages, defects, and problems regarding your purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request and determine the best way to resolve the issue relating to your purchase.
Returns of any of our products are subject to approval and validation by Rose of Sharon Essentials, Corp. Rose of Sharon Essentials, Corp. reserves the right to refuse or limit a return of any merchandise.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage product received or error (i.e. received a product other than the one ordered). Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. Rose of Sharon Essentials, Corp. is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. To protect the integrity of our products and the tamper proof MUST be intact and un-tampered. If the returned merchandise is part of a gift set, all components of the set must be returned in order to receive a full refund. For any components from a gift set that is not returned, the cost of that product shall be deducted from the refund. You may keep free gifts. Returned products may not be altered and must have the taper proof seal intact. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.
We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds of the same products that are purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please kindly contact us immediately to get instructions for exchanging the damaged product. If you find any discrepancy with your order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products because we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim. If possible, please take a picture of the box and/or any damages and include them in your email to us. Also, retain those pictures for your own records and any necessary claims.
Sample sizes are not returnable, as they are intended to provide each customer with a low risk opportunity to test a product.
Expected Time to Receive Refund
Upon receipt of returned a product, if same is validated and approved, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for the return to be processed.
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa). Your credit card account will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The credit card will then be charged when the order is shipped. A confirmation email of your order will be sent once you have completed the order.
